Our client builds and provides maintenance services to data and communications centers. Their services include providing data center design and equipment including backup power and generators to support mission critical data centers. ATX assisted with the carve out one of their operating units which was a joint venture with another firm to be able to operate more independently while still leveraging the knowledge, expertise, and best practices of each parent company. This work included defining the relationships between the parties and how each are compensated for services provided, how the organizations share information and work together on opportunities, and designing and managing the implementation of technology used to run the business including their ERP system.
