Our client is one of the largest electrical contractor’s in the Northeast. Their business experienced tremendous growth and the organization needed greater insight into project performance in order to continue to maintain profit margins while growing revenue. ATX was hired to develop an IT application strategy and select a project management and estimating solution to better manage the organization’s data. ATX is now engaged with the client to assist with the implementation of this technology while also developing and deploying enhanced reporting to the business unit managers.
