Kristine Owen has over 16 years of experience in business operations, project management, finance and IT. Kristine has perspective and depth in process management vision which comes from working with a variety of organizations; large public companies, small startups, not-for profits and others. She has held significant leadership roles in each of her positions that have spanned hands-on finance and IT work to business and operations management, and has included many large scale project management, systems implementation and change management initiatives. As a certified PMP, Kristine has extensive experience managing software and systems implementations using industry proven methodologies for multi-site, multi-country cutovers. Kristine’s proven knowledge and skills in business process design, change management, operations, accounting, finance, IT project management, and manufacturing make her a valuable asset to our team.
In her spare time, Kristine enjoys volunteering, hiking and spending time with her family.
