Our client is a mechanical contractor and sheet metal shop that has been in the process of management transition to a next generation of leadership. ATX has assisted the organization with strategic planning services including offsite meeting facilitation and compensation plan design and deployment. ATX is currently working with this client to develop executive dashboards and reporting while enhancing the underlying technology platform for the organization.
