Our client is a subsidiary of a well-known, international, financial services organization. The client organization experienced several challenges related to available technology systems due to differing needs between their smaller entrepreneurial business unit and those of their larger peer divisions which are served through a common corporate IT department. ATX worked with the business unit and corporate IT to a custom tailored IT strategic plan for the business unit which was adopted by the business unit. The result was the deployment of a comprehensive solution used to manage the organizations portfolio of properties.
