CDFI Analyst

ATX, located in Biddeford, ME, provides technology consulting services to CDFIs, non-profits, and other businesses throughout the United States. Our services include technology strategy, software selection, software implementation, business process improvement, business intelligence, system integrations, and executive dashboards and reporting.  A significant and growing portion of our customer base are mission driven organizations including CDFIs and impact lenders along with non-profits focused on social and environmental impact.

We have an immediate need for a CDFI Technology Consultant to work within our Technology Advisory practice. 

The ideal candidate will have a relevant college degree in public policy, business, or a technology discipline along with at least five years of professional non-profit experience including at least 2 years of CDFI industry experience. We look for candidates with a background in business analysis or operations along with a good understanding of software applications, business processes, and/or data analysis. Candidates for this position should have a deep interest in learning more about technology. In addition to supporting our advisory and implementation services engagements, this resource may assist with requirements definition and validation for our Caliper Analytics product; helping our clients accelerate their analytics initiatives. Experience with CRM, Loan Origination, or Loan Servicing platforms is a plus.

Candidates must be comfortable in an entrepreneurial setting working on many projects simultaneously. They can expect to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and will have the opportunity to work directly with the leadership of the firm. Highly motivated individuals who see themselves as independent thinkers and problem solvers with a thirst for learning will succeed at ATX. A strong attention to detail with the ability to understand the big picture is required.  

The CDFI Technology Consultant will assist with a variety of tasks supporting both our clients and internal operations. Assigned tasks will be based on the candidate’s skill set but may include: 

  • Support for technology assessment, selection and implementation engagements including documentation, research, and analysis
  • Preparation, review and editing of client deliverables using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio
  • Development of requirements for our business intelligence solutions along with testing and validation of our client dashboards, metrics, and reports
  • Software Implementation support services including testing, data cleansing, and data analysis

This position could either be remote or out of offices based in Biddeford, Maine. Candidates should be available to meet in person on occasion as this position may require partial week travel to our office or client sites located across the United States.
