Marketing Coordinator

Do you have a broad range of Marketing skills and/or interest in expanding your current Marketing skillset?  ATX Advisory Services is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who can work across multiple areas of Marketing and help develop the program.  As the Marketing Coordinator for ATX Advisory Services, you will work closely with the senior management team to help plan and manage marketing efforts including market research, planning, content development, campaign management, digital marketing and oversight of the ATX website. In addition to supporting the marketing efforts this position may also help with the preparation of client deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Research

  • Research advertising trends
  • Research competitors’ pricing and products
  • Monitor marketing industry news and submit reports on emerging trends to management

Marketing Planning

  • Make recommendations on appropriate placement of ads
  • Recommend content that will reach customers
  • Explain why a certain marketing decision is best from a financial standpoint
  • Understand consumer behavior

Marketing Content

  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Scheduling and organizing the creation of website content
  • Work with the graphic design team to help deliver content that meets client specifications
  • Prepare letters and emails to clients in response to questions or to provide clarification on an ongoing project
  • Work with team members to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks
  • Oversee or participate in projects to create content

Campaigns

  • Work closely with the consulting team on program development and implementation
  • Create and execute lead generation programs
  • Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team

Digital Marketing

  • Publish digital marketing content online
  • Implement email marketing campaigns
  • Recommend marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media

Social Media

  • Understanding KPI’s and defining them specifically for social media
  • Increase social media presence and subscribers
  • Collaborating with designers or copywriters to provide attractive and informative campaigns
  • Monitoring all social media content
  • Tracking the performance of the campaign
  • Keeping up with technologies used in social media
  • Use social media marketing tools
  • Tracking customer engagement and SEO to optimize campaign content
  • Establishing relationships/networks of industry professionals or influencers on social media

Website

  • Uploading and updating web pages
  • Editing copywrite
  • Preparing and posting blogs
  • Coordinating efforts with outside vendors

Client Deliverables

  • Preparation of client deliverables and presentations

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree related to Marketing, Advertising, Business, English, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Self-motivated, critical thinker
  • Proficient in business posts on social media platforms
  • Experience researching buyer and consumer persona
  • Familiar with web page design and publishing
  • Understand SEO and web traffic data
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
  • Understand social media KPIs
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills

This position is located in Biddeford, Maine. Currently the majority of work is being completed remotely due to Covid but on occasion work may be conducted in the ATX office in Biddeford, Maine. This position may require partial week travel to client sites located across the United States.
