Our client is a diversified New York city based contractor working in commercial buildings including a high percentage of the skyscrapers forming the Manhattan skyline. They have diversified their services to be able to offer complimentary services to this valuable client base and are transforming through both organic growth and acquisitions. ATX assisted with a number of initiatives including the creation of a shared service organization to efficiently meet the needs the operating units while gaining economies of scale through consolidated systems and back office processing. We have also helped our client integrate acquired businesses onto the organizations operating model while leveraging a common technology platform. ATX has also assisted with strategic planning, ownership transition planning, and compensation plan design.
