ATX provided Alden State Bank with independent validation of their disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted service for their community. By conducting business impact assessments and simulating various disaster scenarios, ATX evaluated the recovery capabilities of critical third-party vendors like Fiserv. We oversaw live testing, identify technical deficiencies in infrastructure and cybersecurity, and verified that recovery time objectives meet regulatory standards.
Beyond technical auditing, ATX provided staff training and documentation for board reporting and compliance. This work ensured that the bank meets federal requirements while giving leadership and customers confidence that essential banking services remain resilient.

ATX partnered with First Farmers Bank & Trust to resolve critical data quality issues following a Fiserv system upgrade that had slowed commercial loan processing. Leveraging IBM Cognos Analytics and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like Nintex and Power Automate, ATX identified and removed redundant records, reducing duplicate collateral data by 98% and overall project costs by 81% compared to manual efforts. This automated cleansing process not only improved the accuracy of lending reports but also significantly accelerated credit approvals. By establishing recurring maintenance workflows and standardized reporting, ATX enabled the bank to process loans more efficiently and provide faster capital to its commercial clients.
